About Steph

Hi, I’m Steph, the founder of Milk&Honey Movements. I’m a certified yoga instructor, life coach, and philosopher at heart and a Master of Philosophy on paper. I have a deep passion for helping people integrate their faith into every aspect of their lives.

I believe there are glimpses of the heavenly promised land to be experienced here in the land of the living. The primary components to seeing them is our ability to enter stillness and peace--Stillness from the busy, chaotic world we find ourselves in and peace in the midst of the sufferings of this life.

Milk&Honey Movements helps people feel good in their bodies, think well in their minds, and find peace in their souls through movement practices, traditional Christian contemplative prayer practices, and educational classes to help you order the whole of your life under your love of God.
